2. Billing and Payments

You will be billed automatically every 30 days from the date of your initial payment.All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is up to date.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital and service-based offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your website and services will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your access and services will be discontinued unless renewed.

4. Service Scope

Your subscription includes all features advertised on our homepage under your selected plan. These may include:

If you require services outside the scope of your plan, such as advanced customizations, unique design elements, integrations, or additional marketing services, custom quote and separate pricing will be provided.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting support at [email protected].

Cancellations apply to future charges only, no refunds will be given for the current or past billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All websites and digital assets provided by Digital Works remain the intellectual property of Digital Works unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use the materials for your business as long as your subscription is active

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that our services are being misused.

8. Changes to Terms

Digital Works reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
